Instead of threading the holes for the screws, you’re required to put these into a hole on the side of one piece so that you can put a screw two pieces together. They rarely line up with the screw and the smallest bit of pressure throws them off. Going forward, I would encourage the design team that created this to hold off on happy hour until they leave workI really like this product and it looks good in the nursery. Functional with the drawers and hamper. I store diapers, wipes, burp cloths and bibs in mine. Giving four stars because it was a little challenging to put together and took longer than I thought it would.We love how sturdy and easy to assemble the changing table was. I would say to wrap towels around the top because it is wood and if you have a little kicker or arm flailing baby- they will cry when they hit it- to prevent that i put a baby blanket to block it. The changing pad that comes with it is soft but firm but definitely stains easily.Very hard to assemble, even with 2 people. Arrived with broken pieces, and then once we had it all put together the top rail completely broke off! Not worth the money.The wood arrived damaged as if it had previously been put together and then taken apart. The screw holes are damaged as you can see in the photos I have attached to this review. However, color is super nice and exactly what we were expecting. The hamper and shelves are spacious. You can fit clean outfits in one slot, diapers/wipes in another slot, and any extra necessities for a diaper changing station in the other slot. The hamper is a great size as well, you can fit a good amount of clothes in there. The only thing I really dislike is that some parts of the wood are damaged...When this product was delivered, we assembled it right away. Problem was it was missing a piece of crucial hardware. After contacting the seller, it was shipped and received in a week. But I have to tell you, we love it. It was about 6 inches shorter than what we needed so we purchased some risers to raise up the legs but we knew this when we ordered it. It's sturdy and a perfect changing station.Difficult with one person to put together.Not as sturdy as I’d think it should be when I realized the the directions were not correct, I started over and put it together which was a small challenge. On top of this, I had to contact the seller numerous times to get some parts that were not in the box o received. After many attempts (in a 2 month period) I contacted Amazon and they contacted the seller. Within a week I finally received the parts.
