Box is large and very heavy. I didn’t realize it would need assembly, however that being said, the instructions could be clearer. The ceramic top had a small chip and there were many small broken pieces of the “ceramic or grout product” all over the packaging. The igniter sparks but doesn’t light even after repeated attempts. A lighter is needed to light the product. Heat output is just okay…I expected it to be hotter. Overall, looks nice and I like the gas feature for anytime use.The construction is attractive and sturdy.The cover for the fire pit is too small and water leaks into the pit. The edges to the table section are too high and keep moisture pooled on it's surface.There is not enough lava rock to cover the burner.This gas fire pit is great! The ceramic tile on the edge is beautiful. Puts out great heat and is easy to put together. When not in use makes for a great table to serve food and drinks.Very nice looking, sturdy and great heat output for being on the smaller side. Fits great on our patio. Friends of ours bought one that was much more expensive, and they like ours better. We like the table height too, so you can eat on it when not using it as a fire pit. Very easy to assemble as well.This arrived broken in several places. Sent email with pictures to vendor on May 24th and have not received any reply to my message. Called support on May 25th and was advised to place replacement request through Amazon which I did. The person I spoke with advised that someone from Camplux would contact me with 24 hours to discuss the broken fire table. No one has contacted me. The table was returned on May 26 and I notified Camplux with the tracking number of the return as directed. The replacement table that was requested still has not shipped even though I was advised that it would be received between May 27 and June 1st. I am very unhappy with the service and support from Camplux regarding this issue.GreatHello I was supposed to get a $40 refund on my gas fire pit the grout is cracked in many spots the ceramic tile is lifting mayb from being dropped please let me know how $40 will be refundedThank u Paula CunninghamWe love this fire table.
